Days of Discipline

Days of Discipline is a fan-favorite group challenge we run once a year in January. It's a great way to rip the bandaid off and get back to healthy and consistent habits after the holidays. It's a 45-day challenge with little wiggle room for slip-ups. The main tasks focus on daily movement, self-development practices, and removing junk, alcohol, and sugar from your diet to reduce inflammation and get the scale to start moving again.

PEAK Metabolism Open Enrollment

PEAK Metabolism is our 5-week hybrid coaching program, which we offer twice a year. It's a great way to kickstart and reset your metabolism if you're feeling stuck and need extra accountability. You'll receive 5-weeks of intensive 1:1 and group coaching with Coach Taylor and Coach Cass. You’ll finally have the accountability you need to stay consistent; we will help you understand what your body really needs to reach your goal to lose weight and feel your best, and you’ll end with a personalized plan so you can maintain your new healthy lifestyle beyond the program…and you’ll finish the program with tons of momentum & be well on your way to a thriving metabolism, not to mention the progress you will SEE and FEEL throughout the five weeks!

Healing Phase

In this phase, our focus is on restoring a healthy baseline and allowing your body to heal. We often need to "undo" past damage to help your body and metabolism function optimally. This process may involve reverse dieting to revitalize your metabolism, addressing gut or hormone imbalances, and improving your relationship with food. Our goal is to create a strong foundation for long-term health and wellness, ensuring your body responds positively and effectively to the changes we implement.

Fat Loss Phase

After healing your body and optimizing your metabolism, we can strategically enter a fat loss phase, if needed. This stage focuses on a controlled caloric deficit, emphasizing Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT), mindful eating, and exercise. For 10-14 weeks, we closely monitor your biofeedback and progress, adjusting as necessary to align with your goals. The best part? Many of our clients experience such significant improvements during the healing phase that further active dieting is often unnecessary. Our holistic approach delivers sustainable, remarkable results without extreme restrictions.

Revive & Replenish

In this phase, we carefully guide you out of the deficit stage, gradually increasing your calorie intake to maintain your progress. Our focus is on reviving your hormones and optimizing gut health to ensure long-term sustainability. By strategically reintroducing nutrients, we help your body adjust and stabilize, preserving the results you've achieved. This thoughtful approach ensures that your transformation is not only effective but lasting.
