Cassidy Dickson

Hey there! I’m Cassidy, the creator of Life Elevated Nutrition. I live in the amazing and breathtaking Salt Lake City, Utah, with my husband, daughter, newborn son, and two puppies that I’m slightly obsessed with! I have been involved in health and fitness my entire life and have achieved some pretty cool stuff throughout that process. I was a gymnast from the age of 5 until I was 16, then I turned into a major globo gym rat until I found CrossFit in 2012. I quickly fell in love with competing and qualified for CrossFit regionals six times, the CrossFit Games two times, and won a National Championship in Olympic Weightlifting during that time as well!

I haven’t always had the best relationship with food and working out, so when I finally sought out help and hired my own health coach in 2014, my life transformed, and I vowed that I would help as many people as possible avoid the same mistakes that I made throughout my journey.

As a coach and someone who has personally experienced the modern-day diet culture, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health coaching, which is why Life Elevated was born!

Taylor Reisinger

It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Taylor, head coach and gut/hormone specialist at Life Elevated Nutrition. I was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. While I will always call Indiana home, my husband and I moved to Utah at the end of 2021. It has been an absolute dream. The landscape allows us to live the life we have always wanted.

My health and fitness journey started in 2015 when I started working as a front desk attendant at a CrossFit gym. Growing up I was always active with gymnastics but I wasn’t introduced to the importance of strength training and proper nutrition until I was introduced to CrossFit. It took me a few months but then I was hooked on the lifestyle. Previously I worked out to earn food, restricted calories Sunday thru Thursday, and binged drink every weekend. Once my mentor took me under her wing…my love for helping people feel good by coming to the same realization as I had was born.

I am convinced that good things come to those that work hard. So while motivation, determination, and energy aren’t always there, I will be there to cheer you on, remind you how awesome you are, and to help you reach your goals.
